SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to only U.S. customers only at the moment.
We provide standard/economy shipping by partnering with USPS and UPS.
PROCESSING
- Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
- 2-3 business days.
- May take longer on holidays, promotional sales, and seasonal sales.
SHIPPING
- 3-8 business days. May vary depending on your location.
- Weather conditions and holidays can delay transit time due to postal delays.
- If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure that your postal office or parcel service accepts parcels. We will not be responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.
- We do not refund orders that have been disposed/returned due to the customer’s negligence to not picking up their parcel from the post office within the holding period.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
If you don't receive a shipment notification within 24 hours, please check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us.

Local pick-up is currently unavailable, but we will notify customers when it becomes available.
