Return Policy
RETURN
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of delivery which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, your item must be in its unused, original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please request a return before sending the item back, as we only accept returns with prior approval.
When requesting a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase and the reason. You can contact us at info.itbeams@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
After your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping and will need to purchase a return shipping label. A $5 restock fee will be also charged. Make sure to return the item to our designated return address. If you send it to the wrong address, we won't be able to process your return.
DEFECTS/DAMAGES/ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and notify us within 48 hours if you encounter any defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will promptly assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, either in the form of a refund or replacement. Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii order is refund only and replacement will not be provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All sale items, including those from holiday promotions, giveaways, and clearance sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Please request a return with us first. To initiate a return, please follow our "Return" guidelines shown above. Once your return is approved, you will be able to place a new order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the item is in good condition and meets our return policy requirements, you will be refunded the full amount using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All shipping charges, all lost/stolen/damaged package, and all incorrect address.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGE
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to track your package and contact the relevant shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a claim if necessary. To ensure timely and secure delivery, please select a reliable address where someone can receive your package directly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please notify us at info.itbeams@gmail.com within 48 hours.
If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to locate and retrieve the package. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the incorrect address was provided by you. We kindly recommend double-checking your address before submitting your order.
Please ensure that you return your item to our designated return address. If you send it to an incorrect address, we will be unable to process your return and issue a refund.
CANCEL ORDER
Please notify us at info.itbeams@gmail.com within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
